Dylan Banner

The banner is a crop of a picture taken in the Fremont Neighborhood of Seattle on the side of bus on a Saturday Morning in the Fall of 2004. It was advertising the EMP’s Bob Dylan's American Journey, 1956-1966 opening that November. The photo was a lucky moment taken spur of the moment from inside my Jeep. It’s angle and position does the ad justice. Being a fan of Dylan’s Music and of music, art, and photography in general, the symbolism of the rambling man in America and the caption makes it a great photo.

5321 Banner

The 5321 Banner is based on a photo of the architectural design of the floating pool at the Sheraton Hotel in Seoul South Korea. The hanging rods over the floating pool atop a high level provided a modern version of a Bauhaus feel to the shoot.

ZeroIn Banner

The ZeroIn banner is a photo taken of the winter tree line with the sun rising on a cold morning overlooking the horizon above Eagle Mountain Lake. The photo has a stark beauty to it with its juxtaposition of the bare oak limbs and the light denoting promise and opportunity.

Radio ON Banner

The Radio ON is a mash up of a picture of an old analog radio emitting digitalized wave signals with formulas for amplification and when frequencies superimpose on each other allowing your ears to hear a step wise soft and hard sound called a “beat difference”.

Bio

We love spending time on the lake. I enjoy creative projects like Zeroin Inc and 5321 Studios that is best summarized by Carl Jung:

"The creation of something new is not accomplished by the intellect but by the play instinct acting from inner necessity. The creative mind plays with the objects it loves."
